Terms of Service
This is a technical pilot draft and must be reviewed before a public commercial launch.
1. Service function
PriceListIQ creates a review and update report from uploaded documents. The output is not a guarantee that every price, SKU or OCR result is correct.
2. Customer verification
The customer is responsible for verifying critical values against source material before using data in an ERP, PIM, e-commerce platform, accounting system or other production system.
3. Subscription
The planned Starter plan is $39 USD per month after a 7-day free trial. Final billing, cancellation and refund terms will be published before launch.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for malicious files, abusive load, unauthorized access or content the user does not have the right to process.
5. Pilot status
V12 is still a development/pilot build. It should not be represented as a legally reviewed or security-certified production service.
